Mail Forwarding FAQs

1.  What does the mail forwarding application process involve?

To request mail forwarding service, customers must return duplicate original application forms to our office with their payment. For international mail forwarding orders, both forms must be notarized or witnessed by the equivalent of a notary in the customer's country.

2.  How long does it take to obtain a private mailbox number?

Once CorpAmerica receives your duplicate notarized application forms and payment, it should take only a few business days to process your request and assign a private mailbox number.

3.  How do I know whether international or domestic mail forwarding service is right for my business?

Companies that will require international shipping of their mail must select international mail forwarding. Companies that have a U.S. address can select our domestic mail forwarding package.
