How does our process work?
1. Consult - Speak with a professional for a brief one-on-one interview about your business.
2. Design - Our expert web designers receive the information you provided during your interview and build an initial draft of your website; typically within 2-4 business days. During the design phase, your website will go through our copywriting and quality assurance team to be sure your website a reflection of your unique business.
3. Modify - Once your website draft has been built, you will have access to our Modifications team to request any changes you have for your website. Our modifications team is available Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST or changes can be submitted through our online submission form. Most modifications are free within the first 30 days and our Modifications team will make ongoing changes to your website at any time.
4. Promotion - During the first 30 days of your service, our marketing experts will be submitting your website to Internet Directories such as Yahoo! Yellow Pages and search engines such as Google and MSN to give your business exposure in some of the Internet's most popular destinations. Our experts take care of everything for you!
5. Support - We have a team of customer support representatives that want to hear from you. We pride ourselves on the level of professional support we provide from free ongoing website changes to answering important Internet marketing questions.
